We provide care baskets full of wonderful items every major holiday. Ensure, gas cards, meals, and hopefully smiles.

HOW ARE WE FUNDED?
The purpose of our organization will be solely funded through “fund raiser events” and “donations”.
(Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law)
A special way to contribute is by giving a monetary donation in memory of a loved one or friend. Monetary donation cards may be obtained at most funeral homes. Contact CHU if the funeral home does not have them available.
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
Membership is open to any individual of good moral standing age 18 or older. We invite both male and female participation. There is a $25.00 yearly membership fee. These collected fees are used to fund the business expenses acquired by our organization.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR PATIENT ASSISTANCE?
Individuals needing assistance will be required a referral from a Hospice Unit.
